MISSION

​To engage and unite people with disabilities and their allies in understanding and accessing Home and Community Based Services as it is envisioned, so they are in control of where and with whom they live and the support they need to live the life they choose.

​All people are using their inherent power to live their lives, their way, with the support they want in their own homes and their communities.

• Everyone is presumed competent, and Supported Decision Making is practiced routinely 
• Everyone has the right to their own communication and to access the support and technology to do so freely
• Everyone should be supported to plan and choose how their publicly funded services are designed, provided and evaluated in their own homes and on their communities. 
• Families are respected and included with their family members on terms they agree are important 
• Professionals act as connectors facilitators and experts in their specific field but are not the decision makers
